1. Introduction

Stylo Network, Inc. ("Stylo," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Stylo collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your Personal Information when you access or use our website, application, and AI-powered meeting assistant services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide to Us.

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us including:

(a) Account Registration. When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile image.

(b) Authentication Data. If you link a third-party account (e.g., via Google OAuth or Microsoft OAuth), we receive your specific authentication tokens to facilitate the integration.

(c) Billing Information. Payment processing is handled by our third-party processor, Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers; however, we may retain transaction history and billing addresses for tax and accounting purposes.

2.2 Data Collected via the Services (User Content).

(a) Meeting Data. To provide our core Service, we process audio/visual recordings, transcripts, and meeting metadata (such as titles, timestamps, and participant names) using our proprietary infrastructure and secure processing systems.

(b) Calendar Data. We access your calendar events (title, time, attendees, conferencing URLs) to schedule and deploy the Stylo Bot.

(c) Microphone Data. If you utilize local recording features, we process audio input directly from your device.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and information about how and when you use our Services.

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Purpose of Use.

We use the information we collect or receive for the following purposes:

(a) To Provide and Manage the Services. Including account creation, authentication, payment processing, and the core functionality of recording and transcribing meetings.

(b) To Improve Our Services. We use anonymized and aggregated data to analyze usage trends and improve the accuracy of our AI models.

(c) To Communicate with You. We may use your information to send you administrative information, such as product updates, service changes, and policy updates.

3.2 Google User Data Policy.

Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Workspace data for "generalized" AI/ML model training without your explicit, opt-in consent. We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with third parties except to provide specific user interaction features or for legal compliance.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

4.1 Service Providers.

We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work, such as cloud hosting and email delivery providers. We utilize Stripe for payment processing.

4.2 Legal Requirements.

We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

4.3 Business Transfers.

We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

5. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Information and Meeting Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
